  • All orders placed before 5pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the next working day and sent via a 48-hour tracked service.
  • While we aim to ensure timely delivery, we take no responsibility for delays within the postal network. Please allow up to 5 business days for your item to arrive before contacting customer service.

Returns Policy

  • We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and in resealable packaging. If not, a repackaging fee may be applied.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs in cases of change of mind.
  • For items that are damaged or faulty, postage costs will be reimbursed at the point of refund once the item has been returned.
